We do not cover pre-existing issues or damages not directly related to our service. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote and approval.
b. Pricing and Payment
All pricing for our services will be provided upfront via written estimates or as flat fees for standard services. Payment is due upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks. Failure to remit payment on time may result in additional fees or legal action.
c. Liability
Wasatch Water Heaters is not liable for damages resulting from:
• Pre-existing plumbing issues.
• Acts of nature or force majeure events.
• Customer misuse or neglect after the service has been performed.
d. Warranties
All new water heaters and water softeners installed by Wasatch Water Heaters come with manufacturer warranties. Additionally, we offer a 1-year warranty on workmanship for installations. This does not cover misuse, neglect, or tampering by the customer or third parties.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide to Wasatch Water Heaters, such as your name, address, phone number, or email, will only be used to fulfill your service requests, process payments, and improve our offerings.

Return and Refund Policy
All installed equipment, including water heaters and water softeners, is non-returnable once installation has been completed. If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. Refunds for cancellations must be requested before installation begins. Service deposits, if applicable, may not be refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
Coupon Policy
We are pleased to offer promotional coupons to our customers. Please review the following terms:
• Coupons must be presented at the time of service.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Coupons are valid for residential customers only and apply to standard services.
• Coupons are not applicable for emergency services or non-water heater/softener services.
